PCA Choice: is service option which Peaceful Care provides and serves individuals of all ages throughout Minnesota; including Hennepin, Carver, Anoka, Dakota, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington Counties. Clients who choose PCA Choice as an in-home option do so because individual clients want the choice and flexibility of hiring, training, retaining, and giving some supervision of their caregivers and chosen Care Manager/RN. We are a PCA Choice Agency and our service components include:
- Fiscal Intermediary Services
- Processing of Billing & Payroll
- Employee Background Checks
- Fidelity Bond
- Workers Compensation
PCPO In-Home Service Provider: is a service option where Peaceful Care, LLC, is the provider of your in-home service. You or your loved one are not responsible in hiring, training, retaining, and giving supervision to your caregiver.
As a PCPO in-home service provider, we provide our own well trained and experienced caregivers, and they include the following:
- Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Trained Nursing Assistants (TNA's)
- Trained Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)
- Trained Home Health Aides (HHAs).
Where as a PCPO in-home care service provider, we provide you with our Care Managers/RNs.
You can best be assured using our organization that our highly skilled Care Managers/RNs have backgrounds in public health and combined with over 17-years in-home skilled nursing that coordinates within 14-days of your Service Agreement a Care Plan, and manages your medical and social needs along with your assigned caregiver. Supervision of our caregivers is conducted every 60-120 days as compliant with the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS).
